  1. Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere in the beauty department.
  2. Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the luxury beauty brands carried by Neiman Marcus Group, including products, ingredients, and benefits, in order to effectively sell and recommend products to customers.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional and personalized service that meets their individual needs and preferences.
  4. Utilize effective sales techniques to drive sales and meet or exceed individual and department sales goals.
  5. Continuously educate oneself on new beauty trends, products, and techniques in order to stay up-to-date and provide the best possible service to customers.
  6. Ensure that all products and displays are properly stocked, organized, and visually appealing, maintaining the luxury image of the department.
  7. Act as a brand ambassador for Neiman Marcus Group, representing the company and its values in a professional and positive manner.
  8. Collaborate with team members and department managers to meet and exceed sales targets, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive overall success.
  9. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  10. Attend and actively participate in training sessions and meetings, staying informed about new products, promotions, and company policies.
  11. Maintain accurate and detailed records of sales, customer interactions, and inventory levels, using company systems and procedures.
  12. Strive to continuously improve the customer experience, seeking feedback and implementing suggestions to enhance the overall beauty department.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to customer service, sales, and employee conduct.
  14. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and merchandising, to create and execute promotional events and activities that drive sales and elevate the beauty experience.
  15. Uphold the Neiman Marcus Group brand and image at all times, promoting a positive and professional work environment.
