Job Description

Welcome to Neiman Marcus Group, where luxury and beauty collide. We are seeking a skilled and passionate Beauty Sales Associate to join our team and help us elevate our customers' beauty experience. As a Beauty Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling our exclusive beauty products, and creating a personalized shopping experience for our clients. We are looking for individuals who are driven, knowledgeable, and have a deep love for all things beauty.   1. Provide exceptional customer service to all clients by greeting them with a warm and friendly demeanor and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  2. Demonstrate extensive knowledge and understanding of luxury beauty products and services offered at Neiman Marcus Group.
  3. Promote and sell exclusive beauty products to clients, utilizing effective sales techniques and product knowledge.
  4. Create a personalized shopping experience for each client by understanding their individual needs and preferences.
  5. Maintain a high level of professionalism and uphold the company's standards and values at all times.
  6. Build and maintain a strong client base by developing relationships and providing excellent follow-up and after-sales service.
  7. Utilize cross-selling and upselling techniques to maximize sales and contribute to the overall success of the beauty department.
  8. Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and products in order to provide informed recommendations to clients.
  9. Coordinate with other team members to ensure the beauty department is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
  10. Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals to contribute to the overall success of the company.
  11. Collaborate with the beauty department manager to create and implement strategies to increase sales and drive business growth.
  12. Attend training and development sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, cash handling, safety, and operational guidelines.
  14. Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  15. Maintain a neat and clean appearance and adhere to the company's dress code policy.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Sales Experience: Neiman Marcus Group Is Looking For Candidates Who Have Previous Experience In Sales, Specifically In The Beauty Industry. This Could Include Retail Sales, Cosmetics Sales, Or Working At A Beauty Counter.
