  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for all beauty-related inquiries, providing personalized recommendations and exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience for customers.
  2. Stay up-to-date on the latest beauty trends, products, and techniques in order to provide accurate and relevant recommendations to customers.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and addressing any concerns or issues they may have.
  4. Collaborate with the beauty department team to ensure a seamless and efficient customer experience.
  5. Act as a brand ambassador for Neiman Marcus Group, promoting our products and services to customers.
  6. Take initiative to identify and address customer needs, going above and beyond to exceed their expectations.
  7. Maintain a high level of knowledge about all beauty products and services offered by Neiman Marcus Group, including but not limited to skincare, makeup, and fragrance.
  8. Assist with inventory management, ensuring that all products are properly stocked and displayed.
  9. Participate in training and development opportunities to continuously improve knowledge and skills in the beauty industry.
  10. Handle all customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner, providing resolutions and escalating issues as needed.
  11. Maintain a professional and polished appearance at all times to represent the Neiman Marcus Group brand.
  12. Collaborate with sales associates to promote and cross-sell beauty products to customers.
  13. Stay organized and manage time effectively to provide prompt and efficient service to customers.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to safety, grooming, and customer service standards.
  15. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a luxurious and inviting shopping environment for customers.
