  1. Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all shoppers entering the beauty department.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers' needs and preferences and offering personalized beauty consultations and recommendations.
  3. Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of luxury beauty brands, products, and trends to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and new product releases to provide customers with the latest and most relevant information.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty to the Neiman Marcus Group brand.
  6. Serve as a brand ambassador for the Neiman Marcus Group by embodying the company's values and upholding its reputation for excellence in customer service.
  7. Collaborate with other departments and team members to create a seamless and elevated shopping experience for customers.
  8. Act as a concierge for customers, offering guidance and assistance with any questions or concerns they may have during their shopping experience.
  9. Keep the beauty department organized and well-stocked, ensuring that all products are displayed accurately and attractively.
  10. Proactively resolve any customer complaints or issues, utilizing strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
  11. Attend training sessions and workshops to continuously develop and enhance knowledge of products, brands, and customer service techniques.
  12. Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting and upselling products to customers.
  13. Maintain a professional and polished appearance at all times, representing the Neiman Marcus Group brand with pride and professionalism.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to customer service, sales, and safety.
  15. Provide feedback and suggestions to management on ways to improve the beauty department and enhance the overall customer experience.
