As a Beauty Ambassador, you will serve as the face of our beauty department, assisting clients in finding their perfect products and providing a personalized shopping experience. We are looking for individuals who have a deep understanding and love for beauty, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills. - Greet and welcome customers to the beauty department at Neiman Marcus Group
- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to and addressing customers' needs and concerns
- Build and maintain relationships with customers by providing personalized recommendations and follow-up communication
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of luxury beauty products and brands carried in the store
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge through training and research
- Offer product demonstrations and samples to customers to enhance their shopping experience
- Keep the beauty department clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times
- Collaborate with other team members to meet sales goals and provide a seamless customer experience
- Assist in inventory management, including restocking products and completing stock counts
- Attend and participate in store events and promotions to promote the beauty department and products
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including maintaining confidentiality of customer information
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the beauty department.
