  1. Provide exceptional customer service to high-end clientele, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  2. Represent the Balmain brand with professionalism and knowledge, staying up-to-date on the latest trends and products.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
  4. Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting and selling Balmain products.
  5. Utilize strong product knowledge to make personalized recommendations and assist clients in finding the perfect luxury fashion items.
  6. Handle all customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market changes to effectively sell and promote Balmain products.
  8. Collaborate with the rest of the sales team and management to ensure a cohesive and successful approach to client service and sales.
  9. Participate in training and development programs to continually improve knowledge and skills.
  10. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay informed about new collections, materials, and features.
  11. Assist with visual merchandising and store presentation to create an inviting and luxurious shopping experience for clients.
  12. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards at all times.
  13. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
  14. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the Neiman Marcus Group and Balmain brand with integrity.
  15. Continually strive to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and goals.
