  1. Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to effectively target and engage luxury retail audiences.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs and preferences and incorporate them into product development and marketing plans.
  3. Utilize data analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth and improvement.
  4. Utilize customer insights and segmentation to create targeted and personalized marketing campaigns.
  5. Monitor and analyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  6. Manage and maintain relationships with external data partners to ensure effective and accurate data activation.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data-driven marketing and incorporate them into strategies.
  8. Work closely with the customer experience team to ensure a seamless and exceptional shopping experience for Neiman Marcus customers.
  9. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Neiman Marcus brand and its target audience.
  10. Communicate effectively with team members and senior management to present strategies, progress, and results.
  11. Collaborate with the Associate Product Manager team to share insights and best practices.
  12. Contribute to the overall growth and success of the Neiman Marcus brand through innovative and effective data activation strategies.
  13. Continuously monitor and improve the effectiveness of data activation efforts to drive ROI and meet business objectives.
  14. Maintain a customer-centric approach in all strategies and decisions.
  15. Foster a strong and positive team culture within the data activation team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The Retail Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Audience Segmentation And Data Activation Strategies.

  • Proficiency In Data Analysis And Experience With Tools Such As Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Or Similar.

  • Excellent Communication Skills And Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams To Drive Successful Product Launches.
