1. Assist and support Personal Stylist in daily tasks and responsibilities.
2. Maintain and organize client records and appointments.
3. Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends and luxury brands.
4. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs and preferences are met.
5. Collaborate with Personal Stylist to create personalized styling options for clients.
6. Assist with styling and fitting clients when necessary.
7. Maintain a clean and organized workspace and dressing room.
8. Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
9. Continuously strive to enhance the customer experience and exceed expectations.
10. Attend and participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
11. Assist with inventory management and restocking merchandise.
12. Handle and process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
13. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
14. Maintain confidentiality of client information.
15. Assist with special projects and events as needed.
16. Demonstrate a strong understanding of luxury fashion and the Neiman Marcus brand.
