We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Sales Experience Manager for our Personal Shopping department. In this role, you will work closely with our team of Sales Experience Managers to provide exceptional service to our high-end clientele. Our ideal candidate is a dynamic individual with a passion for luxury retail, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of sales success.   1. Assist in managing the daily operations of the Personal Shopping department, including scheduling, training, and supervising team members.
  2. Collaborate with the Sales Experience Managers to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and provide exceptional service to clients.
  3. Assist in maintaining and managing the department budget, including monitoring expenses and identifying areas for improvement.
  4. Train and mentor team members on luxury retail standards and customer service best practices.
  5. Assist in creating and implementing sales goals and initiatives for the Personal Shopping department.
  6. Proactively build and maintain relationships with high-end clientele to ensure a personalized and exceptional shopping experience.
  7. Stay up-to-date on fashion trends and luxury brands to effectively advise clients and team members.
  8. Assist with organizing and executing special events and promotions to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
  9. Identify and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients or team members in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve upon the department's processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Help maintain a positive and collaborative work environment by fostering open communication and promoting teamwork.
  12. Represent the Neiman Marcus brand and uphold its standards of excellence in all interactions with clients and team members.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Team Members.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Retail Sales Environment, Preferably In Luxury Or High-End Fashion.

  • Strong Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Provide Personalized And Exceptional Shopping Experiences.

  • Proven Leadership Abilities, With The Ability To Train, Mentor, And Motivate A Team Of Sales Associates.
