
Assistant Sales Experience Manager, Personal Shopping

In this role, you will work closely with our team of Sales Experience Managers to provide exceptional service to our high-end clientele. - Assist in managing the daily operations of the Personal Shopping department, including scheduling, training, and supervising team members.
- Collaborate with the Sales Experience Managers to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and provide exceptional service to clients.
- Assist in maintaining and managing the department budget, including monitoring expenses and identifying areas for improvement.
- Train and mentor team members on luxury retail standards and customer service best practices.
- Assist in creating and implementing sales goals and initiatives for the Personal Shopping department.
- Proactively build and maintain relationships with high-end clientele to ensure a personalized and exceptional shopping experience.
- Stay up-to-date on fashion trends and luxury brands to effectively advise clients and team members.
- Assist with organizing and executing special events and promotions to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
- Identify and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients or team members in a timely and professional manner.
- Continuously evaluate and improve upon the department's processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Help maintain a positive and collaborative work environment by fostering open communication and promoting teamwork.
- Represent the Neiman Marcus brand and uphold its standards of excellence in all interactions with clients and team members.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Team Members.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Retail Sales Environment, Preferably In Luxury Or High-End Fashion.
Strong Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Provide Personalized And Exceptional Shopping Experiences.
Proven Leadership Abilities, With The Ability To Train, Mentor, And Motivate A Team Of Sales Associates.
