2. Provide excellent customer service by anticipating and fulfilling the needs of elite clientele.
3. Assist Private Clients division team in managing client appointments, inquiries, and requests.
4. Maintain an organized and visually appealing environment in the Private Clients area.
5. Utilize knowledge of luxury fashion and trends to assist clients in making informed purchasing decisions.
6. Collaborate with team members to create an exceptional shopping experience for clients.
7. Handle client transactions accurately and efficiently.
8. Manage and update client database and records.
