  1. Greet and welcome customers to the Private Clients division of Neiman Marcus Group with a warm and professional demeanor.
  2. Assist the Private Clients team in providing exceptional customer service to elite customers, ensuring their shopping experience is personalized and exceeds expectations.
  3. Maintain a high level of knowledge about luxury products and services offered by Neiman Marcus Group in order to effectively communicate with customers.
  4. Handle all customer inquiries and concerns with efficiency and accuracy, ensuring prompt resolution.
  5. Maintain and update customer profiles and preferences to enhance the shopping experience and build long-term relationships with clients.
  6. Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure seamless and efficient service for Private Clients.
  7. Coordinate and schedule appointments with Private Clients, ensuring their needs are met and their time is respected.
  8. Assist in organizing and executing exclusive events and experiences for Private Clients.
  9. Keep track of inventory and assist with product orders and returns for Private Clients.
  10. Provide administrative support to the Private Clients team, including but not limited to data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide insights and recommendations to the Private Clients team.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including confidentiality and privacy guidelines, in handling sensitive customer information.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, To Effectively Interact With High-Net-Worth Clients And Team Members.

  • Strong Organizational Skills And Attention To Detail, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Effectively.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Luxury Retail And/Or Hospitality Industry, With A Focus On Providing Exceptional Customer Service.

  • Proficient In Microsoft Office And Crm Systems, With The Ability To Learn And Adapt To New Technology Quickly.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably Within A High-End Retail Or Hospitality Environment, With A Proven Track Record Of Success.
