- Provide exceptional support to our Private Clients team by assisting with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, managing client profiles, and maintaining records.
- Ensure that clients receive the highest level of service by promptly responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and following up on their needs.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a welcoming and luxurious atmosphere, both in-store and online.
- Continuously strive to improve the client experience by identifying and implementing process improvements and best practices.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating client events, including trunk shows, fashion shows, and other promotional events.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of luxury products and services offered by Neiman Marcus Group, and be able to effectively communicate this information to clients.
- Utilize strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in all interactions with clients, team members, and other departments.
- Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive client information.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to continuously improve skills and knowledge related to luxury retail and customer service.
- Proactively build and maintain relationships with clients, anticipating their needs and providing personalized recommendations and assistance.
- Collaborate with sales associates and other team members to ensure a seamless and exceptional shopping experience for clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to provide insights and suggestions for enhancing the client experience.
- Embody the Neiman Marcus Group brand and values, representing the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Strong Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, To Effectively Interact With Clients And Team Members.
Previous Experience In Luxury Retail Or Customer Service, With A Keen Understanding Of High-End Clientele.
Excellent Organizational And Multitasking Abilities To Manage Multiple Client Accounts And Tasks Simultaneously.
Proficient In Computer Systems And Software, With A Strong Knowledge Of Microsoft Office.
Knowledge Of Luxury Brands And Products, With The Ability To Make Recommendations And Provide Personalized Service To Clients.
