Job Description

We are currently seeking an Assistant for our Private Clients division, who will assist our elite customers in creating their ultimate luxury wardrobe. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, exceptional attention to detail, and a strong understanding of the luxury market.   1. Greet and welcome clients in a professional and friendly manner.
  2. Assist clients in creating their luxury wardrobe by understanding their preferences and needs.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure clients feel valued and appreciated.
  4. Maintain and update client profiles, including contact information and purchasing history.
  5. Keep up-to-date with current fashion trends and luxury market knowledge.
  6. Collaborate with the Private Clients team to ensure seamless and personalized service for clients.
  7. Coordinate appointments and schedule fittings for clients with our stylists.
  8. Assist in managing inventory and merchandise in the Private Clients division.
  9. Handle product inquiries and provide product knowledge to clients.
  10. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  11. Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and processing orders.
  12. Uphold the Neiman Marcus brand standards and represent the company in a professional manner.
  13. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
  14. Attend training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
  15. Collaborate with other departments to provide a seamless shopping experience for clients.
  16. Stay updated on all company policies and procedures.
  17. Handle client complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
  18. Assist with special events and promotions within the Private Clients division.
  19. Maintain confidentiality and discretion when working with high-profile or VIP clients.
  20. Continuously seek opportunities to improve the client experience and provide feedback to management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Customer Service Or Sales Role.

  • Knowledge Of Luxury Retail And Fashion Industry, Particularly In The Private Clients Segment.
