  1. Greeting and welcoming clients to the Private Clients department in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Assisting clients with their shopping needs and providing personalized recommendations based on their preferences and style.
  3. Maintaining a high level of knowledge about the luxury products and services offered by Neiman Marcus Group.
  4. Managing appointments and scheduling for Private Clients department, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
  5. Coordinating with other departments within Neiman Marcus Group to fulfill client requests and orders.
  6. Providing exceptional customer service to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  7. Handling client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Maintaining accurate and organized client records and data.
  9. Collaborating with the sales team to meet and exceed department sales goals.
  10. Assisting with inventory management and restocking of products.
  11. Participating in training and development programs to continuously improve knowledge and skills.
  12. Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and standards.
  13. Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
  14. Representing the Neiman Marcus brand and values in a positive and enthusiastic manner.
  15. Contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment within the Private Clients department and the larger Neiman Marcus Group team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In Luxury Retail Industry.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With High-Profile Clients.

  • Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Accordingly.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite And Experience With Crm Software, Such As Salesforce.
