  1. Greet and welcome private clients to Neiman Marcus Group with a warm and friendly attitude.
  2. Assist the Private Clients team in providing exceptional service to clients through personalized shopping experiences.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  4. Understand and stay updated on the latest fashion trends and luxury brands to assist clients in their shopping needs.
  5. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling private client information and purchases.
  6. Organize and keep track of client appointments, preferences, and special requests.
  7. Act as a liaison between clients and the Private Clients team, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
  8. Assist in the coordination of events and promotions for private clients.
  9. Handle client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Assist in maintaining the visual appearance of the Private Clients area and merchandise.
  11. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to ensure a seamless client experience.
  12. Stay updated on company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.
  13. Maintain a clean and organized work area to uphold the company's standards of excellence.
  14. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the Private Clients team.
  15. Proactively seek out opportunities to improve the client experience and provide feedback to management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In The Luxury Retail Industry.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With High-Net-Worth Clients.

  • Excellent Organizational And Time Management Abilities To Handle Multiple Tasks And Priorities.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Other Relevant Software Programs.
