- Provide exceptional customer service to clients by greeting them warmly, assisting with their inquiries, and ensuring their needs are met.
- Work closely with clients to understand their personal style, preferences, and budget in order to curate personalized wardrobes.
- Keep up-to-date with current luxury fashion trends and product knowledge to provide expert fashion advice to clients.
- Assist clients in selecting and trying on clothing, shoes, and accessories, providing honest and constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with the Personal Shopping team to maintain and organize the showroom, ensuring a luxurious and inviting environment for clients.
- Process purchases and returns accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to the brand.
- Stay informed about upcoming sales, events, and new product launches to share with clients and increase sales opportunities.
- Utilize strong communication skills to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and management.
- Assist in the coordination of appointments, fittings, and alterations to ensure a seamless shopping experience for clients.
- Embody the brand's values and image in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
- Continuously strive to exceed sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the Personal Shopping department.
