- Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to promote Neiman Marcus Group and its luxury brands.
- Drive brand awareness and increase sales by executing targeted marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and overall business objectives.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Manage marketing budgets and track ROI for all initiatives.
- Create and maintain marketing materials, including print and digital ads, social media content, and email campaigns.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making recommendations for improvements as needed.
- Build strong relationships with luxury brand partners to ensure successful collaboration and execution of joint marketing efforts.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to inform future marketing strategies.
- Assist in the planning and execution of events and promotions to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Train and mentor junior marketing team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles.
- Proactively seek out new marketing opportunities and partnerships to continue driving success for Neiman Marcus Group.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging.
- Represent Neiman Marcus Group at industry events and conferences to promote the company and its luxury brands.
- Continuously evaluate and improve upon marketing processes and procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Advertising, Or A Related Field
Minimum 3 Years Of Experience In A Marketing Role, Preferably In A Retail Or Luxury Goods Industry
Strong Understanding Of Digital Marketing Strategies And Social Media Platforms
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills For Building Relationships With Internal Teams And External Partners
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Executing Successful Marketing Campaigns, With A Focus On Driving Sales And Increasing Brand Awareness.
