Job Description

At Neiman Marcus Group, we are seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager for Chanel Shoes. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with one of the most iconic and luxurious fashion brands in the world. We are looking for someone with a keen eye for fashion and a strong understanding of customer service. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in driving sales, managing inventory, and providing exceptional customer experiences.   1. Assist the Store Manager in driving sales and meeting sales targets for Chanel Shoes.
  2. Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock and minimize loss.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers, addressing any concerns or issues, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
  4. Train and supervise sales associates to ensure they are knowledgeable about the brand and products, and provide excellent customer service.
  5. Conduct regular product knowledge sessions for sales associates to ensure they are up-to-date on the latest trends and collections.
  6. Monitor and analyze sales and inventory data to make informed decisions about product assortment and pricing.
  7. Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to ensure the Chanel Shoes section is visually appealing and in line with brand standards.
  8. Assist in creating and implementing promotions and events to drive foot traffic and increase sales.
  9. Maintain a thorough understanding of the luxury retail market and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
  10. Continuously strive to enhance the customer experience and build brand loyalty.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including maintaining a safe and organized store environment.
  12. Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  13. Assist in recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing team.
  14. Provide feedback to the Store Manager on sales performance, customer trends, and employee performance.
  15. Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure a cohesive and seamless operation.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Luxury Fashion And Specifically Chanel Shoes, Including A Strong Understanding Of The Brand's History, Design Aesthetic, And Target Market.

  • Previous Management Experience, Preferably In A Retail Or Fashion Setting, With A Proven Track Record Of Success In Driving Sales, Managing A Team, And Delivering Exceptional Customer Service.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Lead And Motivate A Team, Build Relationships With Customers, And Collaborate With Other Departments Within The Company.

  • Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks, Meet Deadlines, And Handle Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
