As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in driving sales, managing inventory, and providing exceptional customer experiences. - Assist the Store Manager in driving sales and meeting sales targets for Chanel Shoes.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock and minimize loss.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers, addressing any concerns or issues, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
- Train and supervise sales associates to ensure they are knowledgeable about the brand and products, and provide excellent customer service.
- Conduct regular product knowledge sessions for sales associates to ensure they are up-to-date on the latest trends and collections.
- Monitor and analyze sales and inventory data to make informed decisions about product assortment and pricing.
- Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to ensure the Chanel Shoes section is visually appealing and in line with brand standards.
- Assist in creating and implementing promotions and events to drive foot traffic and increase sales.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the luxury retail market and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
- Continuously strive to enhance the customer experience and build brand loyalty.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including maintaining a safe and organized store environment.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing team.
- Provide feedback to the Store Manager on sales performance, customer trends, and employee performance.
- Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure a cohesive and seamless operation.
Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Luxury Fashion And Specifically Chanel Shoes, Including A Strong Understanding Of The Brand's History, Design Aesthetic, And Target Market.
Previous Management Experience, Preferably In A Retail Or Fashion Setting, With A Proven Track Record Of Success In Driving Sales, Managing A Team, And Delivering Exceptional Customer Service.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Lead And Motivate A Team, Build Relationships With Customers, And Collaborate With Other Departments Within The Company.
Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks, Meet Deadlines, And Handle Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
