Manager Recoveries

Nedbank is looking for a highly motivated Manager Recoveries to join our team and drive the recovery of Nedbank's delinquent debt. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of debt collectors to ensure that debt is recovered in a timely and cost-effective manner.This is a challenging role requiring strong leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a debt collection environment, with a proven track record of success in managing debt recovery operations. An in-depth knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks for debt collection is essential, as is a strong understanding of the principles of customer service.We are looking for someone who is organized and detail-oriented, with excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to motivate others.
