Integrated Assurance Officer

We are looking for an exceptionally organized and detail-oriented Integrated Assurance Officer to join the Nedbank team. The ideal candidate should be a highly motivated self-starter, with a passion for integrity and risk management. The successful candidate will need to have excellent problem-solving and communication skills, as well as a strong knowledge of the banking and financial services industry.The Integrated Assurance Officer will be responsible for providing the Bank with assurance that the Bank’s risk management framework is operating effectively and that the Bank is compliant with relevant legal and regulatory requirements. This includes the review of controls, policies, and procedures to ensure they are up to date and fit for purpose.To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate must possess a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a risk or assurance role in a banking or financial services environment. They should have an in-depth understanding of risk management and assurance frameworks, as well as the legal and regulatory requirements of the industry. A professional qualification in auditing, risk management, IT, or a related field is also highly desirable.
