Job Description

Nedbank is looking for an experienced Engineering Lead to join our team. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced leader to manage our engineering and software development teams. The successful candidate should have a proven track record of developing and managing software engineering teams, and possess the technical and managerial skills to take our engineering efforts to the next level.The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional who is highly organized and has a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, and have at least 5 years of experience leading software engineering teams and managing software development projects. The individual should also have a solid understanding of software engineering principles, technologies, and development methodologies, and have a strong background in software architecture and design. In addition, the ideal candidate should have excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
