As a key member of the HR team, you will provide leadership to ensure that we attract, retain and motivate a high performing and diverse workforce.You will develop and implement global total rewards strategies that are aligned with our business objectives, compliant with global employment laws and in line with best practices.This is a unique opportunity to join a leading global technology company and drive innovation in our total rewards programs.Required Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field* 10+ years of progressive total rewards experience, including global experience* Proven ability to lead complex projects and influence cross-functional teams* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills* Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels* Demonstrated expertise in HRIS systems, analytics and reportingIf you are passionate about leading and delivering innovative total rewards programs, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement global total rewards strategies that are aligned with business objectives, compliant with global employment laws, and in line with best practices.
- Lead complex projects and influence cross-functional teams to ensure success of total rewards initiatives.
- Use data and analytics to identify, evaluate, and recommend total rewards solutions.
- Manage HRIS systems, analytics, and reporting to ensure accuracy and reliability of data.
- Develop and implement performance management systems and compensation plans.
- Monitor and review total rewards trends and best practices to ensure competitive rewards offerings.
- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of total rewards programs and recommend improvements.
- Maintain current knowledge of global employment laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful implementation of total rewards programs.
- Partner with stakeholders at all levels to ensure total rewards programs support business objectives.
