Vice President, Chief Enterprise Architect

This critical role will be responsible for driving the company’s technology strategy and architecture, ensuring that our technology investments are aligned with our business objectives. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and lead IT strategies to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer service technologies.
2. Oversee the architecture of NCR’s technology investments.
3. Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in cloud computing and software engineering.
4. Lead and manage cross-functional teams in the execution of IT initiatives.
5. Communicate IT strategies and objectives to stakeholders and other relevant internal and external teams.
6. Develop and deliver presentations to present IT strategies and objectives to internal and external teams.
7. Monitor and assess the performance of IT strategies and architecture, and develop and implement plans for improvement.
8. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and operations, to develop IT strategies and architecture.
9. Develop and maintain key relationships with technology vendors and partners.
10. Develop and maintain a budget for IT strategies and architecture.
