University Relations Recruiter

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual to join the University Relations team at NCR as a University Relations Recruiter. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the recruitment and selection process, a passion for connecting with students, and a drive to build and maintain relationships with universities and colleges. Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; at least two years of experience in university relations, recruitment, and/or campus outreach; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; and a strong understanding of the recruitment and selection process. The successful candidate will also have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintain confidentiality, and work in a fast-paced environment. The ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders is also essential for this role. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain relationships with universities and colleges to ensure successful recruitment of potential candidates.
2. Develop recruitment strategies that attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
3. Participate in campus recruitment events such as career fairs, information sessions, and workshops.
4. Create and manage recruitment materials such as job postings, interview questions, and promotional materials.
5. Conduct initial phone and/or in-person screening interviews with potential candidates.
6. Follow up with applicants throughout the recruitment process ensuring a positive experience.
7. Review resumes and applications for accuracy and compliance.
8. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulations and trends in university relations and recruitment.
9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of recruitment objectives.
10. Develop and deliver reports on recruitment activities and outcomes.
