Job Description

  1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients by responding to inquiries and resolving technical issues efficiently and effectively.
  2. Utilize technical expertise to install, troubleshoot, and repair NCR products and systems in a timely manner.
  3. Conduct regular maintenance and preventative checks on NCR equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  4. Proactively identify and address potential issues before they escalate, and communicate with clients to provide updates and recommendations.
  5. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of service calls, repairs, and inventory.
  6. Collaborate with team members and other departments to share knowledge, resources, and best practices.
  7. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as safety guidelines, while performing all job duties.
  8. Continuously expand knowledge and skills through training, workshops, and self-study to stay informed on the latest NCR products and technologies.
  9. Represent NCR in a professional and positive manner, both in person and over the phone, to maintain strong client relationships.
  10. Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency to meet or exceed service level agreements and achieve customer satisfaction targets.

  • Strong Technical Knowledge And Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Background And Experience In Technical Fields Such As Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Electronics. This Will Ensure That They Have The Necessary Skills To Troubleshoot And Resolve Technical Issues In The Field.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: As A Tecnico De Servicio De Campo I, It Is Crucial To Have Excellent Communication Skills To Interact With Clients And Provide Clear Instructions On How To Use Ncr Products And Services. Additionally, Strong Communication Skills Are Needed To Report Back To The Technical Team On Any Issues Or Concerns Encountered During Field Service Visits.

  • Customer Service Experience: The Role Of A Tecnico De Servicio De Campo I Is To Provide On-Site Technical Support And Services To Ncr Customers. Therefore, Having Previous Experience In Customer Service Is Essential To Ensure A Positive And Professional Interaction With Clients.

  • Problem-Solving Abilities: The Ability To Think Critically And Troubleshoot Technical Issues Is A Must For This Role. A Successful Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Solving Complex Technical Problems And Providing Innovative Solutions.

  • Time Management And Organizational Skills: As A Field Service Technician, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Managing Their Time Efficiently And Completing Service Calls Within The Allotted Time Frame. Strong Organizational Skills Are Also Necessary To Effectively Manage Inventory And Keep Track Of Service Records And Reports.
