  1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients by responding promptly to service requests and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.
  2. Troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems with NCR equipment and software, utilizing knowledge of computer systems, networks, and electronics.
  3. Install, configure, and maintain NCR products and solutions, ensuring they are functioning at optimal levels.
  4. Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide recommendations for NCR solutions that meet those needs.
  5. Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on service requests, answer questions, and provide training on NCR products.
  6. Maintain accurate records of service calls, including documenting issues and solutions provided.
  7. Adhere to company safety protocols and policies while working on client sites.
  8. Stay up-to-date on new NCR products and technologies through ongoing training and education.
  9. Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  10. Represent NCR in a professional and positive manner at all times, promoting the company's brand and values.
