Job Qualifications
  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Federal Tax Laws And Regulations: A Tax Senior Manager Federal M&A - Ticr At Ncr Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of Federal Tax Laws And Regulations, Including Changes And Updates.

  • Experience With Mergers And Acquisitions: Candidates Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Tax Implications In Mergers And Acquisitions, Including Due Diligence And Integration.

  • Leadership Skills: As A Senior Manager, This Role Requires Strong Leadership Skills To Manage A Team Of Tax Professionals And Effectively Communicate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Cpa Or Advanced Degree In Taxation: A Tax Senior Manager Federal M&A - Ticr Should Have A Cpa Certification Or An Advanced Degree In Taxation, Demonstrating A High Level Of Technical Expertise.
