TAS Director- Quality Risk Management

As the TAS Director, you will lead our Quality Risk Management team and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and risk mitigation strategies. - Develop and implement overall quality risk management strategy for NCR's omni-channel solutions.
- Lead and manage the Quality Risk Management team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the team's success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality risks across all aspects of the business, including product development, manufacturing, and customer support.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify potential areas for improvement and develop action plans to mitigate risks.
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and proactively address any issues.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and partners, to understand their quality needs and expectations.
- Stay up to date with industry regulations and standards related to quality management and incorporate them into NCR's processes and procedures.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and implementing best practices.
- Communicate and report on quality risk management initiatives and progress to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement training programs for employees to ensure a high level of quality awareness throughout the organization.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Quality Assurance, Risk Management, Or Business Administration.
Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Quality Risk Management, Preferably In A Leadership Role.
Extensive Knowledge And Understanding Of Quality Standards And Regulations Such As Iso, Six Sigma, And Fda Guidelines.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Mitigate Potential Risks In A Timely And Effective Manner.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Communicate Complex Information To Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
