  1. Oversee and manage a team of risk consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure high quality and efficient delivery of services to clients.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to drive growth and success in the global banking industry.
  3. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in regulations to provide insightful and relevant guidance to clients.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to enhance risk consulting services.
  5. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to evaluate team and individual performance and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Mentor and develop team members through regular feedback, coaching, and training programs.
  7. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to promote teamwork and productivity.
  8. Serve as a liaison between clients and the risk consulting team, building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  9. Continuously assess and improve processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery.
  10. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and expand the client base.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Risk Consulting For Global Banks: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Strong Background In Risk Consulting, Specifically In The Context Of Global Banks. This Includes Experience With Various Risk Management Frameworks, Regulations, And Best Practices For The Banking Industry.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Global Banking Regulations: Given That This Role Involves Working With Global Banks, It Is Imperative That The Candidate Has A Deep Understanding Of The Regulatory Landscape In Key Regions Such As North America, Europe, And Asia. This Includes Knowledge Of Basel Iii, Dodd-Frank Act, And Other Relevant Regulations.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: As A Supervisor - Risk Consulting, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Identifying And Mitigating Risks For Global Banks. Therefore, They Should Have Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills To Effectively Assess Risks And Develop Solutions.

  • Leadership And Team Management Experience: This Role Involves Managing A Team Of Risk Consultants, So The Ideal Candidate Should Have Prior Experience In Leading And Motivating A Team. They Should Be Able To Effectively Delegate Tasks, Provide Guidance, And Foster A Collaborative Work Environment.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: In Addition To Technical Expertise, The Candidate Should Also Possess Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills. This Is Crucial For Building Relationships With Clients And Effectively Communicating Complex Risk Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders. Fluency In Multiple Languages May Also Be A Preferred Qualification For Working With Global Banks.
