
Sr. Manager, Executive Recruiting
We’re looking for an experienced Sr. Manager, Executive Recruiting to join our team at NCR. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment of executive-level positions and building a comprehensive talent pipeline. You’ll be an integral part of our human resources team, working closely with hiring managers to identify and attract the most qualified and experienced candidates.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience. You should be able to demonstrate knowledge of recruiting best practices, be tech-savvy, and have excellent communication and organizational skills. Responsibilities:
- Create and implement strategies for recruiting executive-level positions.
- Source and screen resumes to identify the most qualified and experienced candidates.
- Maintain a comprehensive talent pipeline of potential executive-level candidates.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and executive-level professionals.
- Stay up-to-date on recruiting best practices and industry trends.
- Utilize various technologies (ATS, LinkedIn, etc.) to identify and connect with potential candidates.
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including initial screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify job requirements and develop job descriptions.
- Participate in job fairs and other recruiting events.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics.
- Provide feedback and support to hiring managers on all recruitment-related matters.
