  3. Utilize SQL expertise to analyze and manipulate data for troubleshooting purposes.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions for complex technical issues.
  5. Document all technical support activities and communicate resolutions to clients in a clear and concise manner.
  6. Continuously learn and stay updated on the latest NCR software technologies and products.
  7. Proactively identify and address potential issues before they become major problems for clients.
  8. Communicate with clients in a professional and courteous manner, providing excellent customer service.
  9. Participate in the development and improvement of internal processes related to software support.
  10. Contribute to the knowledge base and share best practices with team members to improve overall support efficiency.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including maintaining confidentiality of client information.
  12. Serve as a subject matter expert on NCR software products and provide training and guidance to junior team members as needed.
  13. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to gather feedback from clients and identify opportunities for product improvement.

  • Proficiency In Sql: A Software Support Engineer At Ncr Must Have A Strong Understanding Of Sql And Its Related Technologies. They Should Be Able To Write Complex Queries, Troubleshoot Database Issues, And Optimize Sql Performance.

  • Knowledge Of Database Management Systems: The Candidate Should Have Experience Working With Popular Database Management Systems Such As Oracle, Mysql, And Sql Server. They Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Data Structures, Indexing, And Database Administration.
