We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented Software Support Engineer to join the NCR team. You will provide technical support for customers facing software issues and ensure customer satisfaction through timely resolution of their problems. You will be the technical face of the company, possessing excellent customer service skills and an in-depth knowledge of the software and hardware products we use.We’re looking for someone with a strong technical background, ideally with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. You should also have a minimum of two years of experience in software support, with a proven track record of success in resolving customer issues.You must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be comfortable dealing with customers from all over the world. You should also be able to work independently as well as in a team environment, and have the ability to learn quickly and think analytically.If you have the skills, experience and enthusiasm we’re looking for, we’d love to hear from you.
