  1. Develop and implement software quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.
  2. Conduct thorough and comprehensive testing of software products to identify and report any defects or issues.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and provide feedback on potential quality concerns.
  4. Create and maintain testing documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
  5. Perform regression testing to ensure the stability and reliability of software products.
  6. Utilize automated testing tools to increase efficiency and accuracy of testing processes.
  7. Identify areas for process improvement and make recommendations for enhancing the overall quality of software products.
  8. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on testing progress and quality issues.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software quality assurance and implement them within the organization.
  10. Mentor and train junior team members on software testing methodologies and best practices.
  11. Conduct root cause analysis and work with development teams to resolve any identified issues.
  12. Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure timely and high-quality delivery of software products.
  13. Participate in code reviews to identify potential quality issues and provide feedback to development teams.
  14. Collaborate with other Quality Engineers to continuously improve testing processes and techniques.
  15. Represent the company and its values in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Software Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Software Quality Assurance, Preferably In A Fast-Paced, Agile Environment.

  • Strong Understanding Of Software Development Methodologies, Testing Techniques, And Tools.

  • Experience In Developing And Executing Test Plans, Test Cases, And Test Scripts For Complex Software Systems.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Troubleshoot Complex Technical Issues.
