3. Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure thorough and comprehensive testing of software products.
4. Execute manual and automated tests to validate software functionality, performance, and usability.
5. Identify, report, and track software defects and work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
6. Conduct risk analysis and provide recommendations for improving the overall quality of software products.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software quality assurance to continuously improve processes and methodologies.
8. Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to development teams to ensure adherence to quality standards.
9. Communicate testing progress and results to project stakeholders, including project managers and product owners.
10. Collaborate with other Quality Assurance team members to continuously improve and streamline the testing process.
11. Mentor and train junior Quality Assurance team members to ensure a strong and skilled team.
12. Handle multiple projects and priorities effectively to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality software products.
