  1. Develop and implement software quality assurance plans and strategies.
  2. Collaborate with software developers and product managers to define and execute test plans.
  3. Identify and report software defects and work with the development team to resolve them.
  4. Conduct functional and regression testing to ensure the quality and functionality of software products.
  5. Write and execute automated test scripts to improve efficiency and accuracy of testing processes.
  6. Monitor and analyze test results, and provide timely and accurate reports to project stakeholders.
  7. Continuously improve testing processes and tools to ensure the delivery of high-quality software.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in software testing methodologies.
  9. Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to developers on code quality and potential issues.
  10. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product quality goals and priorities.
  11. Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to software quality.
  12. Train and mentor junior team members on software testing best practices.
  13. Collaborate with customer support teams to troubleshoot and resolve customer-reported issues.
  14. Adhere to project timelines and deliverables, and escalate any potential delays or roadblocks.
  15. Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and strive to deliver products that meet or exceed their expectations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Software Quality Assurance In A Fast-Paced, Agile Environment.

  • Strong Understanding Of Software Development Life Cycle And Testing Methodologies.

  • Experience With Automation Testing Tools And Writing Automated Test Scripts.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Troubleshoot Software Defects.
