- Develop and implement comprehensive software testing strategies to ensure the highest level of quality for all NCR software products.
- Collaborate with software developers and product managers to understand project requirements and identify potential areas of risk.
- Design and execute manual and automated tests to identify bugs, defects, and other issues in software code.
- Document and report test results, including any identified issues and recommended solutions.
- Continuously monitor and track software development progress to identify and address any quality concerns.
- Conduct thorough regression testing to ensure that software updates and changes do not negatively impact existing functionality.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and advancements in software testing methodologies.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve any quality-related issues in a timely manner.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide recommendations to enhance software quality and efficiency.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on quality assurance processes and provide guidance and support to other team members as needed.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Software Engineering, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Software Quality Assurance, Preferably In A Fast-Paced Environment.
Strong Knowledge Of Software Testing Methodologies, Tools, And Processes.
Ability To Write And Execute Test Cases, Identify Defects, And Track Them To Resolution.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With A Keen Eye For Detail And Ability To Think Critically.
