Responsibilities:
1.Develop service design strategies and solutions for clients based on customer needs and insights. 2.Conduct research and analyze data to identify user needs and preferences. 3.Develop user stories, personas, and journey maps to define customer experience goals. 4.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, prototype, and test service design solutions. 5.Create customer-centric experiences that are optimized for efficiency and effectiveness. 6.Develop strategies to measure and improve customer experience. 7.Present and explain service designs to stakeholders and clients. 8.Stay up-to-date on service design trends and best practices. 9.Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes. 10.Manage multiple projects and deliverables.
