- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue and meet or exceed sales targets for NCR's store transformation solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in the retail industry, and proactively identify opportunities to incorporate them into NCR's offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to clients, including product development, marketing, and customer service.
- Act as a subject matter expert on NCR's store transformation solutions, providing in-depth knowledge and insights to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including expanding NCR's customer base and upselling/cross-selling to existing clients.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and other sales materials to effectively communicate the value and benefits of NCR's solutions.
- Monitor and analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable strategies.
- Represent NCR at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote our solutions.
- Mentor and train junior sales team members to help them develop their skills and achieve their goals.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Retail Or Technology Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Success In Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.
Strong Understanding Of Store Transformation And Related Technologies, Such As Point-Of-Sale Systems And Self-Checkout Solutions.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders.
