  4. Define product requirements and prioritize features based on business goals and customer needs.
  5. Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality products.

  7. Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders and senior leadership.
  8. Analyze and report on product performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to enhance product performance.
  9. Lead and mentor a team of product managers, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, incorporating them into product strategy and roadmap.
  11. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop effective product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
  12. Continuously gather feedback from customers and use it to drive product improvements and enhancements.
  13. Manage product budgets and resources effectively to maximize ROI.
  14. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  15. Represent NCR's software products at industry events and conferences.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The Software Industry.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Launching Software Products From Ideation To Market.

  • Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Build And Manage A High-Performing Team.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Agile Development Methodologies And Experience Working In Cross-Functional Teams.
