Senior Software Product Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute product strategies to ensure NCR’s products are delivered on time, within budget, and with the highest levels of customer satisfaction • Lead a team of software developers and other stakeholders in a fast-paced environment • Oversee product development life cycle and manage product releases • Coordinate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure customer needs are met • Monitor product performance and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement • Analyze product performance data to inform decisions and strategies • Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and suppliers • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations • Define product roadmap and prioritize features for development • Develop detailed product specifications to guide the development process • Communicate product features and benefits to internal stakeholders and external customers
