Senior Software Engineering Manager - Retail Payments

Required Qualifications:• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, including development and deployment of software applications• 3+ years of experience managing software engineering teams• Expertise in agile development methods and tools• Proven ability to launch successful software products• Strong understanding of payment processing technologies• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Ability to work with cross-functional teams• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field

2. Identify and implement best practices for software engineering, development and deployment
3. Ensure that software products are launched successfully
4. Ensure that payment processing technologies are implemented correctly
5. Monitor software engineering teams' performance and provide feedback
6. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches
7. Guide and mentor software engineers in agile development methods and tools
8. Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders
9. Develop and implement strategies to improve software engineering processes
10. Ensure that software engineering teams' goals are met in a timely manner
