- Develop and implement recruitment strategies and processes to attract top talent in the LATAM region.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of the LATAM market to identify potential talent pools and trends.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements and expectations for each role.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques, such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
- Act as a brand ambassador for NCR, promoting our employer brand and values to attract top talent.
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of the recruitment process, from scheduling interviews to negotiating job offers.
- Continuously monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to make data-driven decisions and improve the effectiveness of our hiring processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure NCR's recruitment strategies remain competitive and innovative.
- Partner with external recruitment agencies and other vendors as needed.
- Mentor and train junior recruiters to improve their skills and knowledge of recruitment best practices.
- Foster strong relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.
- Represent NCR at job fairs, career events, and other recruitment activities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring processes.
Extensive Experience In Recruiting: A Senior Recruiter At Ncr Must Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Recruiting, With A Focus On The Latam Region. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Filling Technical And Non-Technical Positions At All Levels Within The Organization.
Knowledge Of Latam Labor Market: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of The Current Labor Landscape In Latam Countries. This Includes Knowledge Of Local Employment Laws, Cultural Norms, And Competition For Top Talent In The Region.
Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency In Both English And Spanish Is Essential For This Role, As The Senior Recruiter Will Be Responsible For Sourcing, Screening, And Communicating With Candidates From Various Latam Countries. Proficiency In Portuguese Or Other Languages Spoken In The Region Is A Plus.
Strong Networking Skills: Building And Maintaining Relationships Is Crucial For A Successful Senior Recruiter. They Should Have A Strong Network Of Contacts Within The Latam Region And Be Able To Leverage These Connections To Source Top Talent For Ncr.
Ability To Work Independently: The Senior Recruiter Will Be Responsible For Managing The Entire Recruitment Process For Latam Positions, From Sourcing To Onboarding. They Should Be Able To Work Independently And Proactively To Meet Recruitment Goals And Deadlines. Additionally, They Should Be Able To Handle Multiple Projects Simultaneously And Prioritize Tasks Effectively.
