  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive payments compliance strategy for NCR.
  2. Ensure that NCR is adhering to all relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  3. Stay updated on changes in regulations and proactively adapt the compliance strategy accordingly.
  4. Lead and manage a team of compliance professionals to effectively execute the compliance strategy.
  5. Conduct regular reviews and audits to identify any potential compliance risks and develop mitigation plans.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance is integrated into all aspects of NCR's operations.
  7. Monitor and report on compliance metrics and provide regular updates to senior management.
  8. Develop and deliver compliance training programs for employees to promote a culture of compliance.
  9. Serve as the main point of contact for all compliance-related inquiries and issues.
  10. Foster strong relationships with regulatory bodies and represent NCR in compliance-related meetings and discussions.
  11. Continuously evaluate and improve NCR's compliance processes and procedures.
  12. Communicate and escalate any compliance concerns or violations to senior management.
  13. Ensure that all compliance documentation and records are maintained accurately and securely.
  14. Participate in industry conferences and events to stay informed on emerging compliance trends and best practices.
  15. Act as a role model for ethical and compliance behavior within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Payments Compliance: A Senior Manager In This Role Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Payments Compliance, Including Knowledge Of Industry Regulations And Best Practices.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: The Ability To Lead And Manage A Team Of Compliance Professionals Is Essential For A Senior Manager. This Includes Setting Goals, Providing Guidance, And Evaluating Performance.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Payment Systems: A Strong Understanding Of Various Payment Systems, Such As Credit Cards, Debit Cards, And Mobile Payments, Is Crucial For A Senior Manager In This Role.

  • Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: Senior Managers Must Be Able To Analyze Complex Compliance Issues And Develop Effective Solutions To Ensure Ncr's Payment Systems Are Compliant With Regulations.
