- Develop and implement strategic plans for the global supply chain operations, in line with the company's overall objectives and goals.
- Oversee and manage the transportation, distribution, and delivery of products to various international markets.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, and production to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Build and maintain relationships with international logistics partners, negotiating contracts and rates to ensure cost-effective and reliable services.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for international logistics processes and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Lead and mentor a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and development.
- Monitor and track shipment progress, resolving any issues or delays in a timely manner to minimize disruptions to the supply chain.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
- Communicate regularly with senior management, providing reports and updates on logistics operations and performance.
Extensive Experience In International Logistics Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Managing Global Logistics Operations. This Includes A Deep Understanding Of International Trade Regulations, Customs Procedures, And Freight Forwarding.
Strong Leadership And Team Management Skills: As A Senior International Logistics Manager, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Overseeing A Team Of Logistics Professionals And Coordinating With Various Stakeholders Across Different Countries.
