- Lead and manage all HR projects and initiatives across the organization
- Develop and implement strategic plans for HR projects to align with overall company objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Create project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion of projects
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying any potential risks or issues and proactively addressing them
- Conduct research and analysis to identify best practices and innovative solutions for HR projects
- Communicate project updates and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide guidance and support to HR team members on project management processes and procedures
- Develop and maintain project budgets and ensure projects are completed within budget constraints
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies throughout project execution
- Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Project Management, Preferably In A Human Resources Or Talent Management Setting
Strong Understanding Of Hr Policies, Procedures, And Regulations
Demonstrated Experience In Managing Large-Scale Hr Projects, Including Budgeting, Resource Allocation, And Timeline Management
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate And Lead Cross-Functional Teams.
