Certified Scrum Master (Csm) Or Equivalent Certification In Agile Methodologies.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience Working As A Scrum Master In A Software Development Environment.
Strong Understanding And Knowledge Of Scrum Principles, Practices, And Frameworks.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Facilitate Team Meetings And Resolve Conflicts.
