- Perform accurate and timely processing of payroll taxes for NCR.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all payroll tax processes.
- Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations and implement necessary updates to payroll tax processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve any payroll tax discrepancies or issues.
- Conduct regular audits of payroll tax data to ensure accuracy and identify any potential errors or discrepancies.
- Prepare and submit payroll tax reports to relevant government agencies in a timely manner.
- Communicate with employees and management regarding payroll tax related inquiries or concerns.
- Assist with developing and implementing payroll tax policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Stay updated on payroll tax industry trends and best practices to continuously improve processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders regarding payroll tax inquiries.
- Maintain confidentiality of all payroll tax information and records.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills related to payroll tax.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks and projects as needed.

Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.
At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Payroll Tax Compliance And Reporting.
Strong Understanding Of Federal, State, And Local Payroll Tax Regulations.
Experience With Payroll Tax Software, Such As Adp Or Ultipro.
