  1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients by promptly responding to inquiries and addressing any issues or concerns.
  2. Monitor and maintain the smooth operation of systems and processes, identifying and troubleshooting any potential problems.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and effective communication with clients.
  4. Proactively identify areas for improvement in processes and systems, and suggest and implement solutions.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of processes and procedures for reference and training purposes.
  6. Act as a subject matter expert for clients, providing support and guidance on products and services.
  7. Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members to ensure a smooth transition and optimal performance.
  8. Continuously monitor and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  9. Work closely with management to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to ensure NCR remains at the forefront of customer service and operational support.

Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge Of Technical Support Processes: The Candidate Must Possess A Deep Understanding Of Technical Support Processes, Including Troubleshooting, Incident Management, And Service Level Agreements. This Will Enable Them To Effectively Support Customers And Maintain A High Level Of Service.

  • Strong Communication Skills: An Operational Support Specialist Must Be An Excellent Communicator, Both Verbally And In Writing. They Will Be Required To Interact With Customers, Colleagues, And Other Stakeholders, And Must Be Able To Convey Information Clearly And Effectively.

  • Experience With Ncr Products And Services: The Ideal Candidate Will Have Previous Experience Working With Ncr Products And Services. This Will Give Them A Solid Understanding Of The Company's Offerings And Enable Them To Provide Expert Support To Customers.

  • Analytical And Problem-Solving Abilities: Operational Support Specialists Must Be Able To Analyze Complex Technical Issues And Identify Solutions. They Should Have A Strong Attention To Detail And The Ability To Think Critically And Creatively In Order To Resolve Problems Efficiently.

  • Time Management And Prioritization Skills: As An Operational Support Specialist, The Candidate Will Need To Juggle Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Their Workload Effectively. They Should Be Able To Work Well Under Pressure And Meet Tight Deadlines, While Still Maintaining A High Level Of Accuracy And Quality In Their Work.
