  1. Develop and implement innovative and efficient manufacturing processes and equipment.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  3. Conduct research and analysis to identify new technologies and techniques to improve manufacturing processes.
  4. Design and manage projects related to process improvement and equipment upgrades.
  5. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all manufacturing processes.
  6. Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  7. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for manufacturing processes and equipment.
  8. Develop and maintain documentation for manufacturing processes, including standard operating procedures and work instructions.
  9. Train and mentor team members on new processes and equipment.
  10. Evaluate and select suppliers for manufacturing equipment and materials.
  11. Continuously strive for operational excellence and cost reduction in the manufacturing process.
  12. Participate in product development and provide input on design for manufacturability.
  13. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in manufacturing technology.
  14. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including presenting project updates and recommendations to senior management.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert on manufacturing processes and equipment for the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Manufacturing Environment, Preferably In The Technology Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Manufacturing Processes, Including Lean Manufacturing Principles And Quality Control Techniques.

  • Proficiency In Cad/Cam Software, Such As Autocad Or Solidworks, And Experience With Cnc Machining.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Work Well In A Team Environment.
