- Develop and implement innovative and efficient manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify new technologies and techniques to improve manufacturing processes.
- Design and manage projects related to process improvement and equipment upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all manufacturing processes.
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Develop and maintain documentation for manufacturing processes, including standard operating procedures and work instructions.
- Train and mentor team members on new processes and equipment.
- Evaluate and select suppliers for manufacturing equipment and materials.
- Continuously strive for operational excellence and cost reduction in the manufacturing process.
- Participate in product development and provide input on design for manufacturability.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in manufacturing technology.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including presenting project updates and recommendations to senior management.
- Act as a subject matter expert on manufacturing processes and equipment for the organization.
Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Manufacturing Environment, Preferably In The Technology Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Manufacturing Processes, Including Lean Manufacturing Principles And Quality Control Techniques.
Proficiency In Cad/Cam Software, Such As Autocad Or Solidworks, And Experience With Cnc Machining.
Excellent Problem-Solving And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Work Well In A Team Environment.
