1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of federal compliance regulations, including FedRAMP and CMMC.
2. Ensure NCR’s systems and processes meet all necessary compliance requirements.

12. Continuously monitor and evaluate NCR’s compliance program, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
13. Prepare and present reports on compliance status and progress to senior leadership.
14. Act as a subject matter expert on cyber compliance, providing guidance and support to all levels of the organization.
15. Proactively identify and address potential compliance issues, taking appropriate action to mitigate risks.
16. Drive a culture of continuous improvement, always seeking ways to enhance NCR’s compliance program.
17. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to ensure their systems and processes meet NCR’s compliance requirements.
18. Oversee the development and maintenance of policies and procedures related to cyber compliance.
19. Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in cyber compliance, incorporating new knowledge and techniques into NCR’s program.
20. Represent NCR at industry events and conferences, sharing knowledge and insights on cyber compliance.
