- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of federal compliance regulations, including FedRAMP and CMMC.
- Ensure NCR’s systems and processes meet all necessary compliance requirements.
- Lead and manage the implementation and maintenance of compliance programs.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify potential compliance risks and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement necessary changes and improvements to ensure compliance.
- Stay up-to-date on changing compliance requirements and proactively make recommendations for updates to NCR’s compliance program.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all compliance-related inquiries and requests.
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on compliance regulations and best practices.
- Lead and mentor a team of compliance professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Communicate with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure NCR’s compliance efforts are effectively communicated and understood.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to promote a culture of compliance throughout the organization.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate NCR’s compliance program, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
- Prepare and present reports on compliance status and progress to senior leadership.
- Act as a subject matter expert on cyber compliance, providing guidance and support to all levels of the organization.
- Proactively identify and address potential compliance issues, taking appropriate action to mitigate risks.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, always seeking ways to enhance NCR’s compliance program.
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors to ensure their systems and processes meet NCR’s compliance requirements.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of policies and procedures related to cyber compliance.
- Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in cyber compliance, incorporating new knowledge and techniques into NCR’s program.
- Represent NCR at industry events and conferences, sharing knowledge and insights on cyber compliance.
Knowledge Of Fedramp And Cmmc Regulations: A Manager - Cyber Compliance At Ncr Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of The Federal Risk And Authorization Management Program (Fedramp) And Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (Cmmc) Regulations. This Includes Knowledge Of The Compliance Framework, Assessment Processes, And Controls Required For Government Contracts.
Experience With Compliance Audits: The Ability To Conduct And Lead Compliance Audits Is A Crucial Qualification For This Role. This Includes Performing Risk Assessments, Identifying Gaps In Compliance, And Developing Remediation Plans To Ensure Ncr's Compliance With Fedramp And Cmmc Requirements.
Technical Expertise: A Manager - Cyber Compliance At Ncr Must Have A Strong Technical Background In Cybersecurity And Information Technology. This Includes Knowledge Of Cloud Computing, Network Security, Data Privacy, And Other Relevant Areas To Effectively Manage Compliance With Government Regulations.
Leadership And Communication Skills: This Role Requires Strong Leadership And Communication Skills To Effectively Manage A Team Of Compliance Professionals And Communicate With Stakeholders At All Levels. The Manager - Cyber Compliance Must Be Able To Clearly Articulate Compliance Requirements And Work Collaboratively With Different Departments To Ensure Compliance Within Ncr.
Certifications And Education: A Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Information Security, Cybersecurity, Or A Related Field Is Typically Required For This Role. Additionally, Professional Certifications Such As Certified Information Systems Security Professional (Cissp), Certified Information Security Manager (Cism), Or Certified Information Systems Auditor (Cisa) Are Highly Desirable Qualifications For A Manager - Cyber Compliance At Ncr.
